Fire Service
The Firefighter Air Coalition (FAC) focuses on the need for smart, responsible air management for firefighter air safety. With national training programs, the FAC brings a cadre of some of the finest fire service instructors and experts to venues throughout the country to focus on The Fire Inside and Fire in the Sky.  These training programs provide comprehensive classroom instruction related to strategies, tactics and operations for high-rise, mid-rise and big box structures.
It’s our passion and our privilege to advance firefighter safety through these training programs to advance firefighter air safety and the importance of air management technologies to extend the breathable air supply for firefighters.
Code Compliance Professionals
The Firefighter Air Coalition (FAC) advocates for codes requiring proven technologies that improve air management in the fire service to mitigate firefighter cancer risks. Â We support the efforts of code compliance professionals in their code adoption, and implementation process.

Municipal Risk Reduction
Codes requiring installed air standpipe systems are a growing trend nationwide as cities look to keep pace with infrastructure development and the public safety needs to safely accommodate the growth and requirement for citizen safety.
Building Owners
Building owners, developers, architects and engineers have reached out to FAC advocates have worked with numerous professionals in the building and construction industry to educate them on the topics of fire codes and fire response. Professionals building any structure must consider liability and risk management in the planning stages, most especially in large size structures where escape and fire response can be challenging.
Protecting citizens and the public in any building involves risk reduction. Large-scale strctures become increasingly challenging in the development and planning stages.

The Firefighter Air Coalition is a 501(c)4 non-profit organization dedicated to advancing firefighter safety through education and training on air management best practices.
Our vision is for all firefighters to have the tools and expertise they need to operate safely and effectively, protecting themselves and the communities they serve.
