Dominate the Commercial Fireground

3 hours of classroom instruction  by Capt. Clark Lamping, followed by an afternoon of hands-on training in a 1.6 M sq’ commercial building under construction.

What you will learn:

• Building Construction:  hazards, tactical considerations
• Fire Pumps & Systems:  standpipes, spirnkler systems, FDCs
• Moving Big Water:  multiple hose line drills with large-diameter and attack hose operations
• Stretching for Success:  navigate long distances, obstacles, air supply, complex layouts, hose management and positioning

Hands-on training is 10 minutes from the training facility.

Time:

Registration 0730
Classroom: 0800 – 1200 (w/lunch)
Hands-On: 1230- 1600

Required Equipment:

Full PPE, SCBA and 2-air cylinders

Andy Plotkin, Jimmy Davis, Kyle Smith, and Adam Vanderfiest will join Capt. Lamping for hands-on training.
